Avocado Toast (it's really easy to make)

Recently, I  had a heathy meal at one of the restaurant to treat myself to lunch. I had a larger salad and avocado toast.  This was my first time having avocado toast.

I was surprise that it tasted so good. As I was enjoying my avocado toast thinking this would make a wonderful spread on any sandwich with all veggies or burger or cold cuts.

The prices of avocados at the local supermarket are a fickle thing. I only buy avocados when they are on sale or avocado are given to me. So just keep in mind this not something you would fix every day.

Using the freshest ingredients you can as it will effect the taste of the of your avocado toast. While making your avocado toast put on the kettle to make some tea to have with your toast.

Here my recipe for Avocado Toast:

1 small avocado
Garlic seasoning
Onion seasoning
Red Pepper flakes (optional)
Olive oil

Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Place the avocado in a small bowl and mash it with a fork. Pour just a little olive oil, continue to mashing.  Next, add the seasoning mash a little more.
Taste the avocado spread, if it taste good, then set it aside to toast the wheat or other non-white bread. Lastly, place toast on a plate, spread on the avocado spread and slice the toast. Don't forget to make a cup of tea. And sit down and enjoy your meal!
